Obituary
Perry Oliver Glassgow, age 64, was born on October 28, 1959 in Gordon, Nebraska. He was the second son of Harold and Gail Glassgow. Perry passed away in the hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, with his wife Dana and son Jeremy and daughter Misti by his side on November 24 after cancer illness.
Perry always had a great love for horses. He and a high school friend, Tom Wallace, had the opportunity to attend a Christian Ranch High School in Ft. Davis, Texas their freshman year. They could take their horses with them. That school had to close at the end of the school year so they came back to Gordon to finish high school and graduate in 1979. Perry worked for many years for the Hebbert Ranch.
June 9, 1979 Perry married Tina Deckert in Gordon. To this union Jeremy Colter was born April 3, 1980 and Misti Anne born June 28, 1981, in Gordon. They later divorced.
Perry is survived by his wife Dana, mother Gail, son Jeremy and his son Miles, daughter Misti Beed and her son Trey Hand, brother Don and his wife Kathy, brother Chuck and his wife Karen, and many nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
Perry and Dana had a home in Fruita, Colorado, where Dana still resides.
Perry was preceded in death by his nephew Chad Glassgow, father Harold Glassgow, his grandparents Ernie and Alice Glassgow, Elden Hamilton and great grandpa Oliver Hamilton.
Services will be held at Pleasant Point Church on December 16, 2023 at 10 a.m.
